Due to the unique nature of our bears we do not take payment for orders online, to order a bear please fill in and submit the order form, which can be found by clicking any of the "Take me home" labels next to the bear descriptions.

This form does not require you to enter any credit card details, and does not commit you to anything. Once you have submitted the form, we will contact you by either phone or email, to confirm your order.

Payment for the order will be required once the availablity and delivery costs have been confirmed, UK postage is charged at £5.00, multiple purchases and overseas postage costs will be confirmed at time of purchase, and of course you are always welcome to come into the shop to collect your special bear! Payment may be made over the phone by credit card, or through the post with a cheque, whichever you prefer.

• We cannot guarantee that the bears in the catalogue are still available although we try our best to update them regularly.
• All sizes stated in the catalogue are for guidance purposes only.
• Colours displayed here may differ slightly from the actual bears.
• Payment accepted in Pound Sterling only. Payment accepted in cash, cheque drawn on a a British bank, or British Travellers cheques.
• All Bears on this Web Site are collectors items and not toys. Therefore they are not suitable for young children.
• You may order a bear from this site, although the submitting of an order form will not commit you to anything. Final confirmation of your order and arrangement of method of payment, will be done by e-mail or by phone.
• Postage/packaging charges are charged on all orders. Overseas customers are responsible for any charges imposed by customs and these are not included within the delivery charge.
• All orders accepted are subject to House of Bear's current terms and conditions.
